What to do Locally

River Severn Canoes:

Our visitors or camping friends might like to experience the River Severn or Kayaking on the canal at Kinver. Severn Valley Alpacas recommends River Severn Canoes! The ultimate way to enjoy a family day canoeing.

They offer two locations currently: 
 
Canoeing on the River Severn (photos attached) Bridgnorth to Hampton Loade (approx 2 hours), Bridgnorth to Arley (approx 4 hours) and Bridgnorth to Bewdley (approx 6 hours). There is the option to get the steam train back to Bridgnorth. Suitable for age 7+ 
 
Kayaking on the canal in Kinver, based at The Vine pub (photos attached). This is a 90 minute round trip starting and ending at The Vine. Suitable for age 5+
